Sauted white beans

Sautéed white beans cooked with tender meat in a simple sauce of tomato, onion, bell pepper and green seasonings. Light, protein-rich and quick.
Ingredients
- 1.4kg White beans
- 500g Beef
- 2 pcs Onion
- 6 pcs Tomatoes
- 3 pcs Bell pepper
- 2 pcs Leek
- 1 bunch Celery
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 20g Ginger
- 5g White pepper
- 1 pcs Hot pepper (chili)
- 500ml Vegetable oil
- 2 cubes Seasoning cube (Maggi)
- 10g Salt
Instructions
- Boil the white beans until tender and drain. Chop the onions, tomatoes, leek, celery and bell pepper; crush the garlic and ginger.
- Heat the oil, salt the meat, add a little water and cook for about 10 minutes until tender.
- Add the tomatoes, onions and bell pepper with the garlic, ginger, leek, celery, white pepper and chili; simmer into a sauce.
- Fold in the boiled white beans, adjust the seasoning and simmer until everything is well combined.
